Davin Racing/Nitro Beverages Sponsorship Up-Date Davin Racing and Liquid Nitro Energy Drink announced today that the sponsorship and marketing agreement between the two companies entered into in 2007 will continue for the 2008 race season. However due to a reorganization of Nitro Beverages key management team the Davin Racing entry for the 2008 season in the Grand-Am Rolex Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No.16 is being delayed temporarily until the restructuring of Nitro Beverages corporate activities are complete. Ashley Ambrose and Vince Carlone two of the corporate owners of Nitro Beverages have undertaken an overhaul of the management and daily operating activities of Nitro Beverages. Mr. Ambrose and Mr. Carlone in making this announcement stated they are very please with the relationship between Davin Racing and Nitro Beverages and look forward to a long and successful partnership both on the race track and in the retail market as they expand the sales of Liquid Nitro Energy Drink. Davin Racing/Nitro Beverages Unveil Davin Racing and Nitro Beverages unveiled a model of the paint and logo layout that will be utilized on the race teams Crawford/Pontiac Daytona Prototype during the 2008 racing season in the Grand-Am Rolex Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16. The new paint and logo layout represents the new silver red and blue beverage can Liquid Nitro Energy Drink unveiled earlier this year.

Davin Racing/Nitro Beverages Expand Distribution Davin Racing and Nitro Beverages reached an agreement on March 3, 2008 with two new distribution companies to handle and distribute Liquid Nitro Energy Drink. McMillan Foods and Associated Beverages will be distributing Liquid Nitro Energy Drink to over 400 retail and Convenience stores in the Chicago and Detroit areas. These two companies joint DPI Specialty Foods who began distribution of Liquid Nitro Energy Drink in September 2007. Liquid Nitro Energy Drink is now available at retail and convenience stores nationally and in the Caribbean. |

Davin Racing’s Crawford/Pontiac Nears Completion Davin Racing’s Crawford/Pontiac entry for the 2008 Grand-Am Rolex Series Presented by Crown Royal Cask No.16 is nearing completion. We are very please to be working with Max Crawford and his organization. Edd Davin and Elliot Forbs Robinson (EFR) are looking forward to starting an extensive testing program prior to joining the Rolex Series in the next few weeks. The Liquid Nitro Energy Drink sponsored team is eager to get on the race track. Ashley Ambrose of Nitro Beverages said he is very excited about this program and can’t wait to see the car on track.

GRAND-AM ROLEX SERIES PRESENTED BY CROWN ROYAL CASK NO. 16 DAYTONA PROTOTYPE TEAM, RACING FOR CANCER RESEARCH

“YOU HAVE CANCER “ Davin Racing, Grand-Am Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 Daytona Prototype team with Driver Edd Davin has joined efforts with the American Cancer Society, to raise awareness and funding for cancer research, prevention, and treatment. By now, many of you know our driver Edd Davin is a recent survivor of cancer. Edd was diagnosed with cancer underwent treatment and surgery. Edd has had a full and complete recovery and he is back behind the wheel of the racecar.
The
three words “YOU HAVE CANCER “ have changed the lives of all of us at
Davin Racing. We are thankful, that Edd’s situation has had a positive
outcome, and we want to do more. Davin Racing working with our sponsors,
fans, friends, and the American Cancer Society, is undertaking a
program, to raise funding for cancer research, prevention, and
treatment. In the short run, our goal is simple, we want more people to
have the same success Edd had in overcoming cancer, and in the long run,
we want to help find a cure for cancer. As a start, Davin Racing along
with our sponsors will be contributing a portion of our race team
sponsorship dollars to the ACS for cancer research, prevention, and
treatment. Also, with the support of our sponsor Nitro Beverage Energy
Drink, we will change the paint scheme of the racecar. The entire
racecar will be painted in a black and white checkered flag layout.
Individuals and companies can purchase each of the black and white
squares on the racecar. We will place the names of the individuals or
the company name in the squares. Each square sponsor will have the
option to place the name of cancer patients or survivors of cancer or
the name of loved ones who have been lost to cancer in the squares. The
funds from the sale of these squares will be donated to the ACS in the
name of the individuals. In In the future, we hope no one has to hear the words “YOU HAVE CANCER“.

Joins Davin Racing’s Davin Racing is pleased to announce that K&N Filters will be a sponsor of our Rolex Daytona Prototype Series program for the 2008 racing season. Through the efforts of Thom Hraynyk of Davin Racing and Bob Harris of K&N Filters, Davin Racing’s Crawford/Pontiac will carry the colors and logo of K&N Filters as an associate sponsor. In making this announcement, driver Edd Davin stated that Davin Racing has used K&N products in all of our racecars for over 15 years and they have always preformed far above our expectations and met the rigorous demands of our racing programs. We are now very pleased to be able to welcome K&N Filters as an associate sponsor of the race team and thank Bob Harris and the entire K&N staff for their confidence and support of our racing activities. Selected to Provide Engineering Services for the "Hampton Virginia Motorsports Research and Development Park"
Davin Racing/Davin International Ltd. has been selected to provide engineering consulting services for the Hampton Virginia Motorsports Research and Development Park planned by the City of Hampton, Virginia, Economic Development Department, and The Peninsula Alliance for Economic Development. In an interview, following the selection process Mr. Raymond K. White Hampton Director of Economic Development (Right) stated; "The City of Hampton is honored to have Edd Davin (Left) and the Davin Racing/Davin International staff provide their many years of motorsports experience and engineering expertise to this project. The City of Hampton is confident that with the motorsports, engineering, and planning experience of Davin Racing/Davin International this will be a successful project and an undertaking that will benefit both the City of Hampton and the Motorsports Industry." The Hampton Virginia Motorsports Research and Development Park comprises 210 acres of land adjacent to the NASA Langley Full Scale Wind Tunnel. Located within the northeast portion of the site is the existing Langley Speedway that will continue to operate and is part of the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series. A new Road-Racing Track is proposed in the southern portion of the site and will be utilized by race teams and motorsports related manufactures and suppliers for testing and research. The proposed Road-Racing Track will also be available for future professional and amateur racing events. Offices and workshop facilities will be built to house race teams, motorsports related manufacturers, and suppliers between the NASCAR Oval and the proposed Road-Racing Track. Upon completion of the Hampton Virginia Motorsports Research and Development Park, race teams and manufacturers housed on the site will have the use of the Full Scale Wind Tunnel, a proposed Rolling Road Wind Tunnel, a proposed Seven-Post System, the Existing NASCAR Oval, the proposed Road-Race Track and access to the vast resources of the Langley Research Center for development and testing of racecars and motorsports related products all in one location.
